This Refund Policy applies to all offline invoices issued by Ayurgama International Pvt Ltd for pharmaceutical products, APIs, surgical items and medical equipment, where payment is made via the “Pay Now” button on our website www.ayurgama.com.
By making a payment, you agree to the terms outlined below:
1. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
- Duplicate Payment: If the same invoice is paid more than once.
- Order Cancellation: If the buyer cancels the order before dispatch or manufacturing begins.
- Product Unavailability: If the ordered product(s) are no longer available or discontinued before shipment.
- Non-compliance: If a product cannot be shipped due to regulatory restrictions or customs limitations and no alternate product or resolution is acceptable to the buyer.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following scenarios:
- Orders that have already been dispatched, packed or shipped.
- Cold-chain or temperature-sensitive pharmaceuticals after processing begins.
- Buyer’s change of mind or incorrect order information provided.
- Delays in delivery due to customs, international clearance or force majeure.
- Products damaged or opened post-delivery.
3. Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund, the buyer must:
- Send an official request to refunds@ayurgama.com within 7 calendar days of payment.
- Include the invoice number, payment reference, reason for refund and supporting documentation if applicable.
All requests will be reviewed within 5-7 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed as per Section 4.
4. Refund Process & Timelines
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 working days to the original source of payment (bank account, credit card, UPI, etc.)
- Refunds will be made after deducting applicable transaction charges, bank fees, administrative costs or currency conversion losses, if any.
- No cash refunds or third-party transfers will be entertained.
